Super 8 by Wyndham Pocatello

cooper at the front desk was super nice and helpful! room stayed nice and quiet, easy to get a good night's rest. ac stopped working a couple hours in but we just turned it off, let it sick a couple minutes, turned it back on and it work just fine pumped cold air the rest of our stay. the elevator is extremely slow- not a big deal but just something to be aware of. the TV is bigger than most hotels I've stayed at, nice sized mini fridge and microwave in room.

By far our best stay in a week of travel and stops every night. Room very clean, bed very comfortable (not a marshmallow), great shower water pressure and the staff was so helpful and friendly, especially Jag who checked us in. Great personality and very welcoming and helpful.

Rooms need updated but the staff was amazing. The front desk guy with the tats was so helpful and friendly. Went out of his way to find me a phone charger and was so easy to talk to. I usually stay at another location that was all booked up but Im glad I picked this place as an alternative. In the morning, I went to get coffee and it was out. Before I could even turn around the morning front desk guy was bringing a new hot pot out and he was so sweet!! Thank you for making my stay so easy and for having the best staff . I know I'll return on a future business trip. Thank you!

Last night we got stranded in Pocatello due to some vehicle issuers. Mike at the front desk was the one of the most kind guys I’ve come to appreciate. He helped us where he could and made sure to make sure our emergency stay was great for my wife and kids. Thank you so much!

Clean safe environment and friendly staff. Definitely felt safe here and it was super clean.

I checked into the motel around 1230-100AM I was anticipating the Front desk agent to be annoyed that I was there that late but i was greeted by James, WHO NEEDS A RAISE (I'm not joking) James ; I thought you were the manager by the way you presented such authentic welcoming "happy to have you" Attitude. You were definitely made to be in customer service and the Super 8 & Wyndham are so lucky to have you as an employee Seriously you cannot train that kind of genuine care, ask anyone who's trained a new desk agent i know you genuinely care about the property and the people you're employed by and that is rare to have in any company. Thank you so much for your help & dedication to get me a room that late, help me with all the details and do it all with a genuine friendly & welcoming attitude and genuinely caring demeanor! All while maintaining professional etiquette! I can tell you that you can trust this review because I was literally born into the hospitality industry , specifically my parents bought a (rival) chain hotel right before I was born and then built a Super 8 in 1997. The Parking, motel lobby, all the guest areas and my room were astoundingly and impeccably clean!!!!!!! It's just a habit I have that I inspect these areas my room the most when I get in because of my background, I notice and look for things a regular guest would not and if I was your inspector, you pass with flying colors. I didn't see one spec of dirt or any hair left behind by housekeeping ( which has happened at MANY other properties) and I found zero. Thank you to the housekeeper who cleaned my room!!!

Very nice & helpful staff! Ingrid, Mark & Harlan are top shelf! Warm room, great mattress - during Simplot Games, a very busy time. #115 needs hinge repair on bathroom door. Good breakfast.

I loved this hotel! We had a in room jacuzzi tub that had fantastically hot water! It made our stay absolutely incredible and relaxing. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating! And good hot and cold breakfast each morning even on Christmas day! Stay here!
